Original Designs of Cylinders
Boats built by Navigator are both beautiful and reliable.
The Navigator was designed with a unique feature: a variable diameter of U-shaped cylinders, decreasing from the stern to the boat’s bow. Navigator inflatable boats can be put in “planing mode” even with small engines because their bows are raised (“chiselled”) and their hull is constructed of smooth curves rather than sharp angles. This makes them less likely to get stuck under rocks or smash into waves head-on.

Modern Five Layered PVC
Navigator inflatable boats are made from materials that can withstand all conditions and provide you with years of enjoyment.
A boat’s hull is its most important part, and it’s what gives it its shape and character and makes our boats strong, watertight, and UV protected. It’s also the most expensive part to replace if it gets damaged. The hulls on Navigator inflatable boats are made of a five-layer PVC boat fabric with a density of 850 g/m2 – 1100 g/m2 (certified PVC manufacturers ISO 9001). That ensures their long-term operation without additional maintenance of the seams.
Improvements in Hydrodynamic Contours
The Navigator boat’s hydrodynamic contours provide an unmatched experience in terms of ride quality.
Its elegant design and proportionate dimensions make it one of the most sought-after vessels on the water. Boats are incredibly balanced and sleek and have decently large tubes (big fans of reservoirs with high currents, please, pay attention to this). It’s safe and comfortable in any weather conditions – even in windy and inclement weather.
Floating on marine-grade, waterproof plywood
Our flooring system is uniquely designed for inflatable boats.
With our custom-made inflatable boats, we use marine-grade plywood, covered with additional waterproof varnish layers, instead of weighty aluminum floors, which quickly oxidize. This means you can take more weight on board, and it is easier to install the boat and transport it. Marine plywood is water-resistant, fungus-resistant and dampness-resistant. It has a durable face and core veneers that should be free of voids.

We have been taken into account all international requirements and quality standards in the design and manufacturing technologies of Navigator Inflatable Boats, ensuring the use of the best materials and an appropriate engineering and design approach. Nevertheless, the most important thing we’ve done was select and hire highly qualified personnel. Manual assembly of the most critical elements and constant monitoring of compliance with technology at the enterprise guarantees obtaining products of the highest quality.
Our models are optimized for the BEST performance, just like most recent mobile devices designed to achieve an optimal output. We use marine-grade plywood, covered with additional waterproof varnish layers, instead of weighty aluminum floors, which oxidize relatively quickly. This means you can take more weight on board, and it is easier to install the boat and transport it! Black boats are not very practical for everyday fishing needs. As such, we use alternative colours to preserve the lifetime of the boat and save you from burns on a sunny day.
To balance between performance and durability, we’ve chosen a five-layer PVC boat fabric with a density of 850 g/m2 – 1100 g/m2 (certified PVC manufacturers ISO 9001). Hot air welding technology is used to connect straight and circular seams of inflatable balloons. Welds – reliable, monolithic, withstand increased loads and are resistant to temperature extremes. The original design of the cylinders improves the contours of the vessels in terms of their seaworthiness and safety.
All of our models have a very important and unique construction characteristic, namely narrowing the diameter of the tubes closer to the nose. Besides a beautiful and exquisite appearance, such structure combined with a smoothly lifted fore body makes the dinghy well-navigable, capable of entering the gliding mode with the minimum capacity motors. Thus, it allows our customers to save both on motors and the consumed vessel fuel.
Unique welding techniques allow us to join not only straight parts but also the tank arches. It significantly expands the possibilities of the designers while creating new models and allows a higher degree of optimization for the vessel lines, and increases the navigability and safety of the boat. Besides, such technology makes the seams elastic and solid, providing an almost solid dinghy structure.
Our production was amongst the first in the inflatable boat industry to master and apply the technology of welding the inter-tank partition into the tank corps and to reduce the number of the external ring seams located from the dinghy stern to its forebody. Such a solution allowed decreasing the water resistance upon entry of the dinghy into the gliding mode and increasing the structure reliability and solidity.
